"I started training with Roy last summer. My main goal was to do some stress-busting exercise as I was under a lot of pressure at work. I’d never worked with a personal trainer before and my fitness levels were pretty poor at the start but Roy was great about adjusting routines so that they pushed me just enough without me needing medical attention!
He continually varies the workouts to keep things interesting and though we are currently only having one session a week of training, this helps motivate me to keep exercising outside of our workouts. Working with Roy has certainly helped me manage my stress better and it has had the very nice added benefit that I’ve lost about a stone in weight. My wife tells me that my abs are a nice side product of all the training too (and as she set up the first two sessions, I slightly suspect that this was her ulterior motive all along!)
