GETTING YOU FIT FOR LIFE​​

​My philosophy is that, we should be fit for life and not just for summer or a special occasion. The strong foundations we build now will allow us to live strong independent lives as we enter our senior years.

I treat every client equally, so whatever your gender or sexuality, I will make sure you are comfortable to be who you are. Because my aim is to help you reach your fitness goals in a non-judgemental supportive emotional environment.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and  Emergency First Aider.

SESSION OPTIONS

1 TO 1 TRAINING	​ME & MY MATE TRAINING	​GROUP TRAINING
£45/PER SESSION	£80/PER SESSION	​£35/PER PERSON/PER SESSION
A 1-to-1 personal training session at a park or in your home.​​​	​Train with your friend/partner in this session, at a park or in your home.	​ ​Min 3, Max of 6 people. This will be a 1hr circuit class consisting of body weight exercises in a park. If there is a park gym, it may be included in the circuit training.
Book 12 sessions (£480) in advance for a reduction to £40/session.​	​Book 12 sessions (£840) in advance for a reduction to £70/session.	​Book 12 sessions in advance for a reduction to £30/per person/per session.

​Before you undergo any training programme with me, you will be given a one hour 1-2-1 consultation. This initial consultation will be used to record your starting fitness levels; discuss your goals and how we can achieve them, so you can be fit and fabulous for life.

AREAS OF COVERAGE
I am based in Stockwell and I am able to offer my services in surrounding areas such as Victoria, Vauxhall, Kennington, Clapham, Brixton and many more.
